On Tuesday, PACE Monitoring Commission’s reporter on Armenia Yerzi Yaskernia delivered his report at PACE session.

The broadly worded report failed to provide a clear idea about implementation of the PACE demands put forward in its resolution adopted at the previous session, said Armenian National Assembly member Shavarsh Kocharyan. There was not a word about whether the authorities have complied with the PACE demands to punish those committed violence in April or not, whether the authorities abandoned their policy of persecution or not, whether they put an end to administrative punishment practice or not, he said.
