“SUPREME SOVIET” IN EUROPEAN COURT
Support A1+!European Court on Human Rights has received and registered 13.03.04 claim of “Supreme Soviet” Deputy Club.
It regards the breaches of club rights for observation mission in 2003 parliamentary elections in Armenia, i.e. – “disclosing numerous breaches in usage of pre-election funds of parties Club appealed to the Central Electoral Commission asking to allot the copies of documents on payments and expenses to the pre-election funds. Armenian CEC refused to grant the requested papers.
Later, because of flagrant legal violation the rights of “Supreme Soviet” Club weren’t protected by the First Instance Court, Review and Appeal Courts of Armenia”.
