Support A1+!Shavarsh Kocharyan and Artashes Geghamyan from Opposition suggest to add “for participation in Opposition rallies” wording in the expression over the pursuits.
It’s a “bolder” offer so it can become a topic for heated discussions. Opposition offers to remove the expression on legality of the elections. “Despite the election frauds, they can’t influence on the final results of the elections”.
The following text was suggested over the above clause: ''While insisting that the Armenian authorities must fully comply with its recommendations concerning last year's flawed elections, the Assembly considers that the opposition, while entitled fully to enjoy its Constitutional right to peaceful Assembly should strive to achieve its goals within the constitutional framework.''
