DIALOGUE IS EMPTY WORD TO AUTHORITIES
Support A1+!Confidence referendum can lay ground for the opposition dialogue with the authorities, said the opposition leaders at a news conference held Friday. At the same time, they are convinced the authorities are not interested in any dialogue and only made this word commonplace by using it repeatedly without putting any sense in it.
People Party member Grigor Harutyunyan reminded Armenian intellectuals’ latest bid to organize dialogue in Raffi Hovhannisyan’s Strategic Researches Center, which failed because of the coalition rejection of that initiative at the last moment.
It is obvious that the dialogue is prohibited by the president and any talk about so called dialogue is nothing more than mere hypocrisy, he added.
Republic party activist Albert Bazeyan said the opposition event scheduled for Saturday will be just a march to Genocide Victims’ Monument. A rally will be convened on the next week’s Tuesday.
