YELLOW CARD TO ALL THE MINISTERS

Politics

At Government sitting PM voiced discontent to Government members for not introducing the public the bill on “Military Service” in time and in due course, for not initiating mass hearings and discussions over it. If all these had been carried out, the bill wouldn’t have been treated contradictorily or commented wrongly.

According to PM, after withdrawing the bill on “Military Service” one should listen to and take into account the suggestions and standpoints of those interested in the issue.

The self-solitary stance of Education and Science Ministry, evading contacts with students during discussions on the sphere it controls was strange and unacceptable in the sitting.

Andranik Margaryan set Government Staff’ Department on Relations with Parliament task to represent the application on the bill withdraw to signing and send it to Parliament.

At the end of the sitting the head of the above department reported to PM that the application had already been sent to Parliament.
