Support A1+!A female official of USA Foreign Affairs Department commented on USA passivity in Caucasus region to “Ayb-Fe” this way:
”Developments in the Caucasus region are to reach crisis. USA interferes only in such situations”, she said, beforehand warning not to cite her name.
She assured that there is lack of specialists in USA occupied with Caucasus issues. The high official refused to dwell what she meant saying crisis.
