POLICE FAILED TO FIND WEAPON IN MKHITARYAN’S GARAGE EVEN WITH MINE-SNIFFING DEVICES

Police officials said Tuesday weapons and ammunition had been found in raids. It should be noted that those arrested for weapon stockpiling have nothing in common with the Republic party members taken in custody yesterday and later released.

Police said part of the arms seized belongs to the head of Shengavit office of Republic party Romik Mkhitaryan.

However, police found nothing by raiding Mkhitaryan’s cellar and garage. Yesterday night and today law enforcement officers were searching for weapon in Mkhitarian’s home and around with mine-sniffing devices but in vain.

Despite their failure to find something, Mkhitaryan is announced wanted for unknown reasons. He is still at large.
