ARMENIAN PACE DELEGATS’ NEWS CONFERENCE

Armenian Republican Party member Ararat Mkrtchyan and Dashnaktsutyun Party member Vahan Hovhannissyan convened a news conference after returning from the OSCE session.

He called the OSCE official Gyoran Lenmarker’s report on Nagorno Karabakh made at the session short and shallow. Ararat Mkrtchyan added that the report was rather neutral than situation-describing.

Lenmarker plans to tour the region, including Nagorno Karabakh, in spring to make more detailed report.

Armenian politician Artashes Gegamyan’s speech sparked his colleagues’ condemnation. They said he used OSCE floor for expressing his opinion of internal problems and elections.
