DAVIS VISIT TO KARABAKH ENDANGERED

On February 23 PACE Spokesman on Karabakh Terry Davis will visit the region. He will arrive in Armenia after Azerbaijan. Then he is intended to leave for Nagorno Karabakh.

But the Azeri Media inform that Azerbaijan is against Davis’s visit to NKR. Azerbaijani Authorities have announced if even Davis insists on his intention to visit Karabakh, it is possible only if Karabakh is considered as an Azeri territory or else Azerbaijan will appear against Davis’s visit to Nagorno Karabakh.

”No state official has the right to visit Nagorno Karabakh without agreement of Azerbaijan”, an Azeri official has announced.
