In connection with the statement by Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister, Opposition representative in CE Shavarsh Kocharyan says: ”Vardan Oskanyan’s statement is much of panic and proves that as a Foreign Minister Oskanyan knows well to what condition he has brought diplomacy and foreign policy, in Karabakhi conflict issue in particular”.
”As to the black linen, he just confesses that there is filth in Armenia. I assure that we can’t become a CE member with that filth. We must do away with it or else we will be let out of CE and lose Karabakh”.
According to Shavarsh Kocharyan, it is strange to talk about changing the delegation staff: ”If Oskanyan comprehends the European values, standards, he should understand that only a Parliamentarian and not a Minister could speak about changing the staff”.
”However, serving one person and losing all the negotiations over Karabakh to play up to that person is a quite another thing differing from democracy”.
”And I find it disturbing for each Armenian. Foreign Affairs Minister who is more well-informed about the matter than we is in panic. And that means that our national interests are endangered”.
