Swearing ceremony of newly elected member of Constitutional Court Kim Balayan took place on Monday in Armenian National Assembly. Balayan was elected by the parliament.

President Kocharyan was present here.

Justice and National Unity parliamentary fractions’ members boycotted the ceremony. Not a single of them was present in the hall.
