“TRUST REFERENDUM” AS THE WAY TO POWER CHANGE

On December 13 “Justice” Bloc’ demonstration-meeting with the population of Shengavit Commune took place. Bloc initiated a group of public meetings aiming to win amendments to the “Law on Referendum” in Parliament through making the people active, which will enable to conduct President’s Trust Referendum.

Bloc Secretary Viktor Dallakyan informed that the Karabakhi clan led by the non-elected president was to be blamed for the bad social and economical situation in the country, and the only version for power change was the peaceful one.

It was stated that Robert Kocharyan had no right to carry on negotiations with Azerbaijan on behalf of people, and the Bloc was against the Referendum on Karabakh.

MPs also talked about price and tariff rise, adding that dull Authorities were responsible for that.

MP Arshak Sadoyan said that they might succeed in spring without any serious conflicts only through joint fight, active participation of people and pressure.

Bloc leader Stepan Demirchyan said that power change was a social demand, so they would win thanks to consistent strife.
