JUSTICE UNION ACTIVISTS SPEAKING IN PARLIAMENT

Politics

Justice Union’s MPs speaking today in parliament announced that a rally is to be held by the opposition on October 17 at 17:00.

MP Viktor Dallakyan, one of the union’s leaders, said in his speech that Armenia is placed in the list of 49 poorest countries of the world. 80% of the country population is leaving in poverty, 600,000 people are included in family benefits system, 530,000 re pensioners, 114,000 are disabled, 442,000 – orphans. All of them have absolutely no means to survive, he said.

“How Kocharyan is going to solve their problem amid imminent rise in prices?”, Dallakyan asked. Robert Kocharyan has appointed members to so called independent commissions that are engaged in making decisions on price-related issues. It means he is completely responsible for frightening increase in prices, the MP said.

Justice Union’s another MP Grigor Harutyunyan speaking on Tigran Naghdalyan murder trial called the legal proceedings “political retaliation against the opposition leaders and their relatives, in particular, against Vazgen Sargssyan’s family”.
