Opposition activists staged today a march to the Genocide Memorial.

Former presidential candidate Aram Karapetyan said that recognition and condemnation of the genocide fact is necessary not only for Armenian nation, but also for all people across the globe in order to prevent and rut out such crimes against humanity in the future. In his opinion, sufficient arguments are needed to obtain the genocide recognition.

“Unfortunately, even this day is politicised. Each political force is organising a separate march to the memorial”, Karapetyan said.
