21 PARTIES AND ALLIANCES WILL PARTAKE IN THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS
Support A1+!21 parties and alliances will take part in the parliamentary elections under the proportional election procedure. CEC didn’t register only “Bagrevand” Party among 23 parties and alliances applied. The number of valid signatures of the party made 29.747 instead of 30.000.
”Raffi Hovhannissyan” Alliance won’t take part in the elections, either. Mr Hovhannissyan rejected nomination.
”Both the process and the results of the presidential elections, CEC role in them, unfortunately, cast doubt on democracy in the country and free and just conduct of the coming parliamentary elections” , Alliance announced.
Study and analysis of the events enable the Alliance to announce that the proper officials and bodies have neither capability, nor political will to hold fair and transparent elections.
CEC Information Service has informed us today that it can’t yet say who of the candidates proposed by the majority election procedure will take part in the election and how many not.
