VOTING PAPERS ARE NOT SEALED
The electorate of polling station in Teachers’ Training Institute doesn’t know the voting papers are to be sealed. One of the proxies had been shouting for a long time: “Don’t forget to go up to the sealing table!” One of the voters said the sealing member of committee kept being silent .
BREACHES IN ELECTION CENTRES NN 03/33 AND 03/34
When about 1:00 PM Shavarsh Kocharyan, Chairman of National Democratic Party, visited 2 polling stations /03/33 and 03/34/, located in the school after Rustaveli, he was immediately informed about 5 cases of breach .
One of the cases is that another citizen has voted instead of the one residing at Paronyan, 28 address. At 1:00 PM data, people of both Kond and Paronyan blocks were very active for voting . There was a crowd in the election centre, so that people had to queue for about 30 minutes.
It was obvious elections were not organised well in those polling stations. E. g, 2 voters managed to enter the same electing booth, others could talk to each other from various booths.
Within the first 6 hours of the election transparent ballot boxes were overfilled, so that voters found difficulty in putting their voting papers into them.
