CROSSING ELECTIONS
Support A1+!CEC held a session. Presidential elections in a week were not dwelt on at discussion. Committee will enter a new phase of parliamentary elections, after summarising the results of the presidential ones.
According to the calendar plan approved by Committee, parliamentary candidates and political parties are to introduce the documents on nomination for election from March 11-16 .
If the presidential elections don’t take one phase, the second one will begin on March 5 . If so, political powers will have only a few days till the new election campaign. The electorate will be able to rest from pre-election propaganda for 1,5 month.
By the schedule, propaganda for parliamentary elections will officially begin on April 21. Elections will take place on May 25 .
