Only in Odzun it became clear why Authorities have ceased “A1+” TV Company . For Vahagn Davtyan, Chair for N 39/56 Election District Committee could impose on “A1+” status of an observer in the polling districts .

“Juts stand and watch! Don’t dare turn the cameras on!” , Mr Davtyan said.

Suren Alaverdyan, Co-Chair for the above Committee as well as the Director of village school after Hovnan Odznetsi, said: “There is no “A1+”. Authorities have shut it down. Leave the polling station or else you will be sent about your business through the window!” .

The rest of Committee members and majority of proxies agreed with Mr Alaverdyan.

Vahagn Davtyan said “A1+” camera to got on nerves of Committee members . Proxies supported him, saying: “He is the Chair. He can say or do anything he wants and the way he wishes” .
