"REPUBLIC" PARTY PREPARING FOR CONGRESS
Support A1+!“Republic” party congress is to be held in December. Territorial branches of the party should convene their conferences before to solve a number of issues.
One of the “Republic” leaders Aram Sargssyan says this is youth-dominated party. In his words, the party’s young members are high-minded and very active. “Unlike other parties, ours has not so many members – only 5,000 – however, we have a lot of supporters instead”, he says.
The congress is to take place in the Government Congress Hall. Sarkissyan says the event believed to be held in the atmosphere of tolerance and without unpleasant surprises.
It is remarkable that National Academy House, where the party held its previous congress, was stripped of electricity, and the event was going on under light producing by mobile generators.
