Foreign Affairs Minister Vartan Oskanyan announces Security General Eduard Simonyants’ comments on “Paris” and “Key West” principles don’t correspond to the facts . According to Simonyants, Aliev and Kocharyan have a preliminary arrangement regarding the following issues
1. other liberated territories are to be surrendered to Azerbaijan, except Lachin
2. Lachin corridor is to be under Armenian Forces’ control for 5 years
3. Nagorno Karabagh is to be granted horizontal links with both Armenia and Azerbaijan and self-government within the former borders of Sovereign Territory of Nagorno Karabagh
4. Transport communication is to be provided between Nakhijevan and Azerbaijan
5. Refugees are to return to the former settlements
