Constitutional Court Chair Gagik Harutyunyan is ready to give advice to the Authorities on the Armenian representative to European Court. He says Armenian president Robert Kocharyan is to make choice of 3 candidates to EC . An European Court judge is to have enough practice. He or she is to have been a judge or a law professor. Knowledge of English or French is obligatory .

Gagik Harutyunyan also says 3 candidates are to be equal, no one must have any obvious privilege to another . The European Council is to take the final choice.
