ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER SPOKE AT BRIEFING
Support A1+!Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan has little optimism about OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs coming visit. “This will be the group’s routine trip to the region and new proposals are hardly to be put forward”, Oskanyan said Wednesday at the briefing.
Answering the question relating to the recent meeting between Armenian President Kocharyan and Azeri President Aliev, the Minister said he was ill-informed about the meeting but shared Kocharyan’s positive assessment of the meeting, which, president says, in warm atmosphere.
In regard to U.S. possible air strike on Iraq, Oskanyan said it would have adverse impact on our region and, besides, Armenia worries about its citizens and Armenians living in that country.
