CAN THE "BAD" CONSTITUTION BE INFRINGED?
Support A1+!What is the Constitution alike at present - on the eve of the execution of Constitutional reforms? An "all-powerful" president who provided himself with "super"power and the one who infringes the Constitution and Laws all the time, a Parliament that is humiliated by the president and as a matter of fact "a pocket one" and a Government that decides nothing and performs will of president .
According to the reforms, approved by the Venice Commission, the president has the right to form a commission on TV and Radio himself while the same Constitution says that the Press in Armenia is free and not censored .
First, it's necessary to learn to respect the Basic Law of the country and not to reform it. And when the Constitution is not followed at best, or is infringed by the First Person of the country at worst, it's unnecessary to speak about reforms. What's the difference - will the "bad" or the "good" Constitution be infringed?
