Support A1+!On the incidents in Parliament president Robert Kocharyan said that the Law on "The Inviolability of Deputies of Parliament" is commented in a wrong way. It doesn't say that the law-enforcement bodies have no right to call to order the deputies when they behave like a hooligan.
In order to avoid such incidents in the future, the president is on the point of signing a decree which will establish a reglament for Parliament works. As the president thinks, it is not only his right to do that but also the Constitutional obligation. According to the decree, the law-enforcement bodies will be given the right to take deputies, infringing the law, to the special rooms and keep them there up to the end of sessions.
