If he has chosen the version of handing Meghri, it's time that he writes his own "War or Peace?",- Aram Sargsyan adds.
Mr. Sargsyan says the version of Meghri is on agenda and thinks Robert Kocharyan to make public the real state of affairs instead of calling Heydar Aliev a liar through the speaker. "Of course, they had an arrangement to keep secret the process of negotiations as neither Aliev could declare in his country on Karabagh giving nor Kocharyan of Meghri giving.
