TURKEY, AZERBAIJAN, ARMENIA TRILATERAL MEETING HELD IN REYKJAVIK

Oskanyan also says Turkey didn’t act as a mediator at the trilateral meeting saying the meeting was held with equal participation of the sides.
The Armenian minister states that Armenia and Turkey mutual relations mitigated. There are countries-mediators, for example U.S. and CE states, which are interested in Armenia-Turkey relationship improvement.
