The improved Armenian Law Code of Elections will hamper the swindles performing,- today European experts informed the Armenian journalists. For 2 days they had been discussing the basis of reforms on "Armenia Election Law Code".
Representatives of various parties, social organizations and election commitees participated in the discussion organized by OSCE Yerevan Head Office, European Union Venice Commission and USA National Democracy Institution. Today the international experts represented their versions for reforms on Election Law Code.
The experts suggest to make the election lists more accurate. As they think, finances in Armenia will be found to execute such kind of works even once a year. By the way, the European experts suggested not to punish the citizens who will commit election outrages but pursue them all the time reminding them about the crime they made.
The experts didn't express their standpoints on the proportionality of proportional and majoritarian election districts of Armenia motivating that they hadn't discuss the issue yet. The international experts will represent their conclusions to the Parliament.
