Support A1+!Robert Kocharyan generously decided to allow "A1+" TV Company to participate in the next competition on frequency ranges and win a victory. Kocharyan told about his generousity Ago's group.
Today the press proclaimed Armenian president's unprecedented intention. " I'm a European president, I'll forgive and place air for broadcasting under "A1+" disposal ",- probably Robert Kocharyan has been repeating these words for 45 days.
"Why don't you accept the president's proposal and take pleasure in his benevolence?" ,- all the time we are asked by representatives of Media supporting the president who are delighted with his behaviour.
In 40 days about the next competition on TV programs broadcasting. "A1+" TV Company won't win a victory even if there's great wish for. Today TV and Radio National Commission made public the conditions for the licence competition on TV programs broadcasting on the 21-st frequency range. The Commission has decided that channel to be of child's - youth's orientation, consequently to prevent even "A1+" TV Company intention for participation in that competition. Let's remind that "Hayrenik" TV is being broadcasted on that frequency range now.
By the way, according to order of frequency ranges licencing, it is not obligatory that the competitive conditions of program orientation is set by TV and Radio National Commission.
So, the Commission appointed by the Armenian president once more deprives "A1+" TV Channel of the possibility to be broadcasted and Robert Kocharyan - the opportunity to show himself as generous.
