Today Armenia Economic Court once more REFUSED the action by "MelTex" LTD against "Armenia Television Network" State CJSC. It took Judge Avanesyan 20 minutes to justify the illegal operations by "Armenia Television Network". Let's note that CJSC had illegally switched off the transmitter of "A1+" TV Company.
