THE DEPUTIES ARE DISPLEASED WITH THE SPEAKER'S "USUAL" ATTITUDE
Support A1+!The bill on giving customs and taxation previligies to "Gafeschyan Museum" was approved through difficulties. If even one deputy voted against it, the bill wouldn't be passed.
"Dashnaktsutyn" Party Bureau member Vahan Hovhannisyan thinks it was because of Parliament Speaker Armen Khachatryan who was badly presiding over the session. Parliament speaker didn't answer Mr. Sadoyan's question:" Is Gafeschyan Museum registered organization or not?". After the voting Mr. Khachatryan was informed by Justice Minister David Harutyunyan that "Gafeschayan Museum" was a registered one.
Vazgen Manukyan, Armenia first Prime-Minister as well as Armenia Democracy Union head said:"2 teams with Vazgen Sargsyan and Karen Demirchyan came to the Parliament. Those 2 teams don't express the people's standpoints at all. Why are You sitting so proudly if don't know whether "Gafeschyan Museum" is registered or not ". Armen Khachatryan answered that he was not proud, it is just his "usual" attitude. Vazgen Manukyan added:"What moral are You talking about when the whole Parliament is immoral?".
"Right and Unity" Group as well was displeased with Armen Khachatrayn's attitude. Hayk Babukhanyan, the vice-head of Constitutional Self - Determination Union announced that they wouldn't take part in the out of turn session and the group left the Hall.
