THE PROMISE WAS ENOUGH TO EXECUTE THE VOTING
Support A1+!Today the Parliament voted for the bill on Aviation by the first reading. So the Parliament is for turning " Zvartsnots " Airport over to Eduardo Ernekyan, the Armenian from Argentina for 30 years.
There was a quarrel in the Parliament Hall before the voting. Arshak Sadoyan announced that nothing about the investments or the airport repair terms was written in the treaty concluded with Ernekyan. According to the rumours there is a plank in the treaty which says that no other airport must exist at 200 kms. radius around "Zvartsnots"/ "Erebuni" Airport is being exploited together with Russia, "Gyumri" Airport as well functions /. Mr. Sadoyan said he could procure the treaty illegally. During the discussion it became clear that the deputies hadn't read the treaty. "Dashnaktsutyun" Bureau member Vahan Hovhannisyan said that it's disturbing for the deputies to vote for an unknown treaty. He expressed for a hope that the treaty would be represented by the second reading.
"Armenia" Group head Myasnik Malkhasyan asked for a 20-minutes long break for clearing the issue. After the break Armen Khachatryan transmitted the deputies Justice Minister David Harutyunyan's promise - every deputy can look through Ernekyan's treaty. The promise was enough to execute the voting.
