VARDAN OSKANYAN: SECURITY ISSUES ARE OF PRIORITY N 1 FOR ARMENIA
Support A1+!"Yerevan aspiration for restoring relations with Turkey will have no negative impact on the Armenian Genocide world recognition process",- Vardan Oskanyan, the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs is sure.
"We make no terms in relations with Turkey, it's Turkey that puts Karabagh conflict solution point in the base of relations restoring",- today announced Mr. Oskanyan answering the journalists quesions. On Armenia attitude to the prospects of new countries membership to NATO Vardan Oskanyan said:"For several reasons security problems are of priority N 1 for Armenia and have stable position in agenda of our foreign policy. Considering the history we have and the way we passed we understand well the countries aspire for providing own security".
Today Vardan Oskanyan and Slovenia Foreign Affairs Minister Dimitriy Rupel signed a protocol on co-operation. It was the first step of co-operation on state level.
Mr. Rupel had already visited Tsitsernakaberd and had been impressed by what he had seen in the Genocide Museum and announced that he would employ the Slovenian experts on studying the issue of 1915 year Armenian Genocide.
