NAGORNO-KARABAKHI ARMY IS ORDERED TO REFRAIN FROM COUNTER-FIRE

Nazgorno-Karabakh Army units were ordered not to response to the Azeri snipers fire, Nagorno-Karabakhi Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said today. He also said that the leadership of the Karabakhi military forces takes all necessary measures to provide security for service on front line.

Commenting the statement of Azeri Defense Minister Saphar Abiev about likely solution of the conflict by military means, Seyran Ohanyan said:” If the adversary dares to make step forward, he will understand that Karabakhi Army is ready to launch the proper strike”. And if Azerbaijan were sure in its strength it would start military action immediately, he added.
