Today the head of the National Assembly Armen Khachatryan disturbed the arrangement, and put into discussion not the project proposed by the president but the one about the titles of Internal Affairs’ system.
By the way, 2 weeks ago Tigran Torosyan was assuming that projects would not be discussed in turn. He says that the postponing of Robert Kocharyan’s project has objective reasons. Various suggestions are still being discussed.
