Support A1+!"We lag behind the world",- announced the head of the National Democratic Union Vazgen Manukyan in the Press National Club. The reason is that Armenia has always been governed by one and a half or three and a half people and by the same policy, he thinks.
He is sure if the same figures are still in office and the same instances keep functioning after the 2003 year presidential elections, the country will be condemned to downfall. Vazgen Manukyan will probably participate the elections with alliance. He says surely that alliance of National Democratic Union and Armenian National Movement parties is impossible.
Being a member of 6 opposite parties supporting the parliamentary system Mr. Manukyan assures that the parliamentary system may function in Armenia only if a proper team is formed.
