"A country waging war and having territorial problems is not advised to have a Parliamentary ruling system'',- the Parliament "Union'' group leader Galust Sahakyan said as a contrary argument to the alternative version of the Constitution.

He also believes that the "Republician'' party is the ruling one and will try to keep being that. Recently many republicians in the government system were deprived of their positions, only because of incompentence, assures Galust Sahakyan .

In spite of the strict policy to the parties the number of republicians has increased up to 11.500 during the last year.
