Robert Kocharyan was not the only President to have been operated yesterday. By a surprising coincidence Heydar Aliev was also operated on February 14, in Clivland. Aliev underwent an surgery on prostate adenoma. The doctors and the ambassador of Azerbayjan in the United States informed that Aliev feels good after the operation and will leave for Azerbayjan not long after.
