THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM WILL PASS TOGETHER WITH ELECTIONS

Today during the meeting with pedagogical staff of the State Yerevan University Robert Qocharyan announced that the Constitutional referendum will pass together with one of 3 forthcoming elections.

This decission is determined by the following: there are 3 versions of Constitution – the functioning one, the one provided by the president and the parliamentary one. People will have to choose between the functioning one and one of those two which will be presented on the referendum.

According to Robert Kocharyan's opinion, it will be difficult to roll up enough votes for his version. The referendum can fail because of no quorum, thinks president of Armenia.
