NSS border troops have new commanders
President Armen Sarkissian dismissed Armen Abrahamyan from the post of the commander of the Border Troops of the National Security Service. Vaghinak Sargsyan was appointed to this position. Colonel Vaghinak Sargsyan was dismissed from the post of the commander of the peacekeeping brigade of the Armenian Armed Forces and was appointed commander of the Border Troops of the National Security Service. Previously he was also the head of intelligence department.
