Artsakh official, OSCE representative discuss border tensions
On July 18, Defense Minister of Artsakh Levon Mnatsakanyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the current state of affairs of the peace talks over karabakh, tensions on the border at the beginning of this monthand measures to reduce border tensions.
