Short time ago Sergey Kyureghyan, member of Sasna Dzrer group, was removed from the courtroom because of showing disrespect towards the Court. He had been trying to find out from Judge Artush Gabrielyan why sanctions were used against them, when they didn’t stand up, “Did you find out the reasons why we didn’t stand up?” Judge noted that not standing up is a disrespect and he can only understand Aram Manukyan, as he moves with the help of crutches, “Are you sure that Aram Manukyan’s not standing up is conditioned with his health condition?” asked Sergey Kyureghyan. Judge removed him from the courtroom and 30 minutes’ break was announced. Before removal, advocate Harutyun Baghdasaryan asked the Judge why so many policemen are gathered in the glass hall. Judge Artush Gabrielyan explained that it is done for security of attendees at the court hearing. Pavel Maukyan’s son Aram Manukyan added that he doesn’t need protection of the policemen, as they saw a few days ago what happened in the courtroom. To remind, on June 28 during the court hearing into the case of Sasna Dzrer, the policemen removed Mkhitar Avetisyan, Areg Kyureghyan and Smbat Barseghyan from the courtroom by using violence. Later in the basement of the court, according to the advocates, Arayik Khandoyan and Gagik Yeghiazaryan were subjected to violence.
