Should the ORO come to power, it will declare a general amnesty. “Those who steal chickens and eggs are punished severely, while criminals are given high positions,” Mr Martirosyan stressed in his speech. Fight against systemic corruption is one of the priorities of the alliance. “We shall start from check points where corruption is widespread.” Armen Martirosyan says the system of government also needs drastic changes and they will begin with constitutional amendments. In his speech former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said on April 2 citizens will have a real alternative to the government. The ORO is part of the palette in the opposition field. “I call on you to vote for our alliance. Its members know how to change the situation," Mr Oskanian said adding that Armenian also has a big problem in foreign policy. “The international community thinks that decisions concerning Armenia are taken in a different capital,” he said.
