The RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan on his Twitter page has touched upon the statement of Elmar Mammadyarov, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. “Blowing through the clarinet from the opposite side, you will produce not music, but cacophony, which was played by Minster of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan,” Sh. Kocharyan wrote on Twitter. To remind, Mammadyarov criticized the RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian for the statements made during the recent press conference.
