One of charges levied against a man, who provided truck to “Sasna Dzrer”, removed
One of the charges levied against Khachatur Gichyan, who provided a truck to “Sasna Dzrer” group, has been removed. Now he is only charged with supporting seizure of buildings, transportation, communication and connection means. Tigran Sargsyan, advocate of Khachatur Gichyan, told “A1+” that it can be considered a victory in the preliminary investigation phase. The advocate says that at the court they will fight for acquittal, “The charge is weak, there are no proofs.” But if anyway his defendant isn’t acquitted, Tigran Sargsyan hopes that imprisonment won’t be the form of punishment “taking into account his age and the fact that he wasn’t imprisoned in the past.” Advocate Tigran Sargsyan also added that soon the end of the preliminary investigation will be announced and it will be sent to the court.
