Azerbaijani President's statements can be viewed as another failed attempt to distort the negotiation process and turn the reality upside down, the spokesman of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said to Azatutyun.am after he was asked to comment on Azerbaijani President’s interview with RIA Novosti news agency.
