At 11:00, the Hayeli (Mirror) press club hosts Garnik Isagulyan, Leader of the National Security Party, Consultant of NKR Permanent Representation in Armenia. He has instructed representatives of the education sector, particularly the Ministry of Education and Science, governors and the Mayor of Yerevan, to submit proposals within seven days to rule out kinship, nepotism and protectionism while selecting school principals and to prevent conflict of interests in public institutions.
