Armenia loses to Poland 1:2 (video)
Armenian national team suffered another defeat in a qualifying game for the FIFA World Cup 2018. This time, Armenia lost to Poland which took a solid 3-2 win over Denmark three days ago. The first half ended in a draw [0: 0], despite the fact that the Armenian team was playing with ten footballers at the 30th minute [the team’s defender Gaël Andonian was sent off after receiving the second yellow card]. At the beginning of the second half, the Poles won against Armenia 2:1. Robert Lewandowski scored two goals for his team. This was Armenia’s third defeat and now the team sits at the bottom of the group. Poland won the second consecutive victory and earned 7 points. Currently, the team is leading the standings with Montenegro.
