ICRC representatives visit PoW Arsen Baghdasaryan in Azerbaijan - Armenpress
ICRC representatives visited the PoW Arsen Baghdasaryan in Baku who crossed the line of contact on December 16, 2014, Communication Officer of the ICRC Mission in Nagorno Karabakh, Eteri Musayelyan, told Armenpress news agency. “The visit was conducted in line with the standard ICRC procedures. All observations are discussed with the side under whose authority the detainee is. The ICRC does not provide the public the results of the visit”, Eteri Musayelyan said. Nagorno-Karabakh Republic citizen Arsen Baghdasaryan was taken into Azerbaijani captivity on December 26, 2014.
