BHK faction submits two bills
The parliamentary faction of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) today submitted two draft laws. The first one refers to the activity of the Nairit chemical plant whereby the faction proposes concrete measures and mechanisms to ensure the reoperation and viability of the plant, specifically full preservation of the plant’s property and exclusion of alienation of fixed assets, as well as special tax privileges and announcing Nairit an “industrial zone.” The second bill proposes to introduce effective mechanisms to improve the business and investment environment in Armenia’s second largest city of Gyumri.
