Karen Grigoryan finished 5th in arcelona
Armenian ex-champion Karen Grigoryan participated in an international chess tournament in Barcelona. The Armenian chess player was among the leaders of the tournament until Round 9. However, in the last decisive game, he tied his game with an Indian GM to come 5th in the list with 6,5 points. Cristóbal Henríquez Villagra of Chile won the tournament with 7 points. He is followed by Murali Karthikeyan (India) and Daniel Gurevich (US).
